At the end of January and beginning of February, I had the opportunity to complete my winter preparation in Mauritius, on the magnificent courses of Anahita and Île aux Cerfs.
It would be hard to imagine a better environment to train: a breathtaking setting, ideal weather, and outstanding facilities. These conditions allowed me to work in the best possible circumstances and to prepare optimally for the upcoming season.
A huge thank you to the teams at Anahita and Île aux Cerfs for their warm welcome and for giving me the opportunity to train in such an exceptional environment.
My days were very intense: a lot of work on the practice range, chipping areas, and putting greens, before finishing each day on the course to apply everything I had worked on during practice.
This type of preparation would have been impossible at home given the harsh winter conditions over the past weeks.
This training period now allows me to approach the start of my professional career with confidence, with the season set to begin very soon in Turkey.
